Frequently asked questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, no credit card and no time limit. Receive as many briefs as you like; AI analysis covers 5 new briefs a month, reset on the 1st.
What happens after 5 analyses in a month?
New briefs are still received and saved, and you can read what the client wrote. Only the analysis waits: until next month, or right away if you go Pro. Re-analyzing a brief you already analyzed (client answers, a new message) doesn’t count.
How does the 1-month trial work?
When you create your account, you get the whole Pro plan for 1 month, no credit card. At the end your account goes back to Free on its own: nothing is charged, your briefs stay.
“Unlimited”, really?
Yes, no monthly quota. A safeguard of 10 analyses per day per account keeps analysis fast for everyone; beyond that it resumes the next day.
Monthly or yearly?
Same Pro plan. Monthly is €12 with no commitment. Yearly is €99, a little over €8 a month: almost 4 months free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in one click from Settings › Billing. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period, then your account goes back to Free. Your briefs and forms are kept; only the first form stays live.
